Welcome to the Monasterio del Garraf!
You are visiting the Monasterio del Garraf, within the Parc del Garraf, where you will discover the Palau Novella palace, a singular modernist construction built in 1890. Today, the palace is part of the Monasterio del Garraf, founded in 1996 by the Sakya Tashi Ling bouddhist community.
In the 45min guided tour, the visitor will know the history of this site by visiting the interior of the palace and the chapel as well as the history of the Community and an overview of the bouddhist philosophy principles. Sakya Tashi Ling proposal is an occidental interpretation of the Bouddhist teachings to develop and fulfill a healthy and meaningful life today.
Come and discover one of the most emblematic sites within the Comarca del Garraf, in Olivella and within the Parc del Garraf.

* reduced: this price applies to children (5 to 12 years old), retired people, students, teachers,, single parent families and large families. This ticket is only available in the Monastery as you will need to show your credentials to get it.

Every sale generated by this activity serves to maintain and improve the Monastery managed within the Monjes Budistas Foundation, a non profit organization dedicated the divulgation of the Buddhist philosophy and culture.
If you wish to stay longer in the Monastery, we are happy to announce that our restaurant Colònia Agrícola Plana Novella is now open. This mediterranean restaurant offers a tasteful and delicious gastronomic offer that you can enjoy either in rations or à la carte. The menu is completely elaborated in our cuisine with care and prioritizing local products. Come and taste it!
